Getting Started

After signing in tap the + button on the group selection screen. Give your tribe a name and you'll get a 10-character invite code to share with your people.

Tap "Join a tribe" on the group selection screen and enter the 10-character invite code. Codes expire after 30 days and can also be rotated early by the group leader at any time from Group Settings โ€” ask your leader for a new one if yours isn't working.

Ireta uses Sign in with Apple โ€” no password needed. Just tap the sign in button and use your Apple ID. It's the same Apple ID you use for everything else on your iPhone.

Yes โ€” you can create or join as many tribes as you want. Your family, your friends, your team โ€” each one is its own private world. Switch between them on the group selection screen.

Points & Pricing

Points are Ireta's one-time currency that power your tribe's plan. When you purchase points they are added directly and automatically to your tribe โ€” no setup required. Points never expire and there are no auto-renewing subscriptions.

In the app go to Group Settings โ†’ Plan โ†’ Upgrade. Choose a point pack or a plan bundle. The moment your purchase completes, the points are automatically credited to your tribe and the plan upgrades instantly.

If your balance drops below the monthly point cost your tribe returns to the free trial. All existing content is preserved โ€” you just lose access to paid features until you top up your points again.

Points are purchased directly for a specific tribe โ€” when you buy a point pack or plan, you select which tribe receives them. Each tribe has its own point balance, so you can upgrade multiple tribes independently.

Yes โ€” Ireta offers a free trial so you can explore the app before purchasing a plan. Download the app and try it out with your tribe at no cost.

All plans include unlimited bulletins, rankings, books, pages, polls, meetups, favorites, and all-member Peanut Gallery. Tiers differ on member count, storage, and PDF export (Legacy and above only).

The Archives

By default any member can. The group leader can restrict this in Archive settings โ€” tap the gear icon in The Archives tab.

Pages support rich content blocks โ€” photos, audio recordings, video clips, maps, polls, links, to-do lists, grids, dividers, and emoji stickers you can place anywhere on the page. Each block is a different way to capture a moment exactly as it happened.

Yes. Open the page and tap the edit button to update the text, title, or photos at any time.

Yes โ€” everything in The Archives is stored permanently. Your pages, photos, and stories are saved to the cloud and available as long as your account exists. Nothing disappears.

Town Square

Town Square has six sections โ€” Rankings (rank each other in any category), The Verdict (agree/disagree debates), Scoreboard (track game and task scores), Bulletin (post to your tribe), Chirp (quick one-tap alerts to the whole tribe), and Meet-ups (plan hangouts with location and RSVP).

Town Square โ†’ Meet-ups โ†’ tap +. Add a title, date, location, and description. The creator can edit it after posting and the tribe gets notified of changes.

Yes โ€” bulletins support both photos and video attachments. Tap the media icon when composing a bulletin to add one.

You can post unlimited bulletins.

The group leader sets categories (Best Cook, Worst Driver, Most Likely to Be Late, etc.) and everyone votes on who holds each title. Results are visible to the whole tribe and can be archived to your lore permanently.

Account & Privacy

Only members of your tribe. All content is private and invite-only. We never share your data with anyone outside your circle.

Group leaders can customise the tribe's theme (colours and mood), endonym (what the group calls itself โ€” Crew, Squad, Fam, etc.), sigil (the group's icon), and permissions for who can create books, add pages, and share the invite code. All settings are in Group Settings โ†’ the gear icon.

Codes are 10 characters and expire after 30 days. Leaders can rotate the code early from Group Settings if they think it's been shared with the wrong person.

Group Settings โ†’ scroll to the bottom โ†’ "Leave the Circle." You can rejoin anytime with the invite code.

Email iretahelp@yahoo.com with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll remove your data within 30 days.

Any tribe โ†’ settings gear โ†’ scroll to the bottom โ†’ Sign Out.
